Well today it is back off and onto the road again. We have had a couple days rest in Pamplona. 1. Jo had a sore knee and 2. I had man flu ie a cold.

The rest did us both good and the weather has been kind to us. It is starting to warm up and we will have to remember to reapply the sunscreen.

There were lots of wind turbines today and like in NZ there is a long steep walk up to them. There was however a steeper walk down the other side.
