Satay Sauce
Ingredients
- 150 g peanut butter
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1 tsp Thai fish sauce
- 1/2 tbsp peanut oil
- 150 ml coconut milk
- 1 lime juiced
Instructions
- Put the above ingredients into a blitzer.
- Add coconut milk and lime to taste:
- Blitz together
- Place mixture into saucepan
- Cook until thickened
