Satay Sauce
Ingredients

peanut butter

soy sauce

honey or brown sugar

tsp
fresh grated ginger

clove
garlic
crushed

tsp
Thai fish sauce
1/2
tbsp
peanut oil

ml
coconut milk
1
lime
juiced
Instructions
Put the above ingredients into a blitzer.
Add coconut milk and lime to taste:
Blitz together
Place mixture into saucepan
Cook until thickened
