Dijon Mustard Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 157 ml oilive oil
- 3 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp wine vinegar
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp sugar
- 0.50 tsp salt
- ground pepper
- 1 clove garlic
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients
- Shake well to emulsify.
- Taste and adjust ingredients to your own taste.
- If it’s too acidic add more oil, too sour add more sugar.
- Will keep in the fridge for weeks.
