Dijon Mustard Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 157 ml oilive oil
  • 3 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 0.50 tsp salt
  • ground pepper
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients
  • Shake well to emulsify.
  • Taste and adjust ingredients to your own taste.
  • If it's too acidic add more oil, too sour add more sugar.
  • Will keep in the fridge for weeks.
